SLU-PP-332 is an agonist of the estrogen-related receptors, mostly ERR-alpha, developed at Saint Louis University. ERRs control genes for mitochondria and fat burning in muscle.
It’s sometimes called an exercise mimetic.
SLU-PP-332 mechanism of action
ERR-alpha, ERR-beta and ERR-gamma are nuclear receptors that switch on genes for mitochondrial growth and fatty acid burning. Exercise turns that program on in muscle.
SLU-PP-332 activates these receptors directly, mostly ERR-alpha. In mice that shifted muscle toward oxidative, endurance-type fibers. That’s why it’s called an exercise mimetic in the papers.

How to reconstitute SLU-PP-332 10mg
The amount of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water; we sell it in 10mL and 30mL vials. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature, add the water slowly along the glass wall and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake it.
SLU-PP-332 10mg storage and shelf life
