The fastest way to reach us is email: sales@certifiedpeptidesus.com. Put your order number in the subject line if you have one, and we’ll find it straight away.
We answer questions about orders, products, lab reports, sizes and stock.
Before you contact Certified Peptides
- Lab reports: most product pages show the batch’s report in the photo gallery. See lab testing.
- Product questions: every product page has specifications, storage and an FAQ.
- Common questions: the Certified Peptides FAQ covers ordering, testing and storage.
- Reconstitution: we sell bacteriostatic water and acetic acid solution.
What to include when you contact Certified Peptides
For an order, send the order number and the email you used at checkout. For a product question, send the product name and strength. For a lab report, send the product name and the batch number from the label.
We don’t give dosing or medical advice. Everything we sell is for laboratory research only. For background reading on a compound, each product page links to its PubMed literature.
Contact Certified Peptides about lab reports
Most product pages already show the certificate of analysis for the batch in stock. If your vial carries an older batch number, send it to us with the product name and we’ll email that batch’s report. Our lab testing page explains what each line on the report means.
Contact Certified Peptides about an order
Send the order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged or looks wrong, add a photo of the label and the packaging. That’s usually all we need to sort it out in one reply.
Questions about which size or format to choose are welcome too. For example, whether BPC-157 10mg or 20mg suits your study, or whether capsules fit better than a vial.
Shop while you wait
While you wait for a reply, the product pages answer a lot: each one lists the strength, the vial size, the storage temperature and the reconstitution math.
Browse the research peptides, check the peptides on sale or read the Certified Peptides blog.
Certified Peptides products are sold for laboratory research use only. They aren’t for human or veterinary use and haven’t been evaluated by the FDA.
