What are lipotropic blends?

Lipotropic means fat-moving. Lipotropic blends are built on nutrients the liver needs to process fat: methionine, inositol and choline (the MIC trio), usually with L-carnitine to carry fatty acids into mitochondria. Many add B vitamins.

How to choose lipotropic blends

Start with the ingredient list. Lipo C is the basic MIC and carnitine formula, Lipo B adds B vitamins and arginine, and the Blaster and Shredder add ATP and stronger actives.
