Skin and Tanning Peptides

Our skin and tanning peptides cover the three main lines of skin research: repair and collagen (GHK-Cu, GLOW, KLOW, K-Copper and Glow Tropic), expression lines (Snap-8 and acetyl hexapeptide-8) and pigmentation (Melanotan II). Copper peptides and cosmetic peptides also come as 1 gram raw powders and capsules.

What are skin and tanning peptides?

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma, and decades of research link it to collagen production and wound repair. Snap-8 and acetyl hexapeptide-8 mimic part of the SNAP-25 protein and are studied in topical formulas for expression lines.

Melanotan II is a cyclic analog of alpha-MSH that drives melanin production through the melanocortin receptors. It was developed at the University of Arizona around 1990 for tanning research.

How to choose skin and tanning peptides

For collagen and repair models, start with GHK-Cu, then move to GLOW or KLOW if you want BPC-157 and TB-500 in the same vial. For formulation work, the raw powders are by far the cheapest per milligram.

For pigmentation research, Melanotan II is the compound to use. For expression-line work in cosmetic models, compare Snap-8 with acetyl hexapeptide-8.
