Research use only

Every product sold by Certified Peptides is for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in food, drugs or cosmetics on people, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age where you live, that you are buying for lawful research, and that you will handle the products as research materials.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or if we believe the products won’t be used for research. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, and most pages show the lab report for the batch in stock. Research summaries on our pages describe published studies. They aren’t medical advice or a promise of any result. See our lab testing page for how products are tested.

Shipping, damage and returns

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, email sales@certifiedpeptidesus.com as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. Because these are research materials, we can’t accept returns of opened products.

Accounts and payment

If you create an account, keep your password private, since you’re responsible for orders placed with it. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment options shown there. Card details go to the payment processor and aren’t stored by Certified Peptides.

Intellectual property

The text, photos and lab report images on certifiedpeptidesus.com belong to Certified Peptides. You’re welcome to link to any page, but please don’t copy our product pages or images onto other sites.

Liability

The buyer is responsible for handling, storage and use of the products under the laws that apply to them. To the extent the law allows, Certified Peptides isn’t liable for any loss from misuse of a product, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Changes to the Certified Peptides terms and conditions
