Description
Cagri GLP1-S blend puts 5mg Cagrilintide and 5mg GLP1-S into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s made in the USA and sold for laboratory research only.
What the Cagri GLP1-S blend contains
Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog from Novo Nordisk, given weekly. Amylin is a hormone released with insulin that slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist developed by Novo Nordisk. A fatty acid chain lets it bind albumin, which gives it a half-life of about a week.
Pairing a long-acting amylin analog with a GLP-1 agonist is the idea behind CagriSema, which Novo Nordisk tested in the REDEFINE trials. The REDEFINE 1 results, published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2025, reported average weight loss of about 20% at 68 weeks.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.
How the Cagri GLP1-S blend works
Amylin is released by the pancreas together with insulin. It slows stomach emptying, damps glucagon after meals and signals fullness through the brainstem.
GLP-1 is a gut hormone released after a meal. It tells the pancreas to release insulin, but only when blood sugar is high, and it slows how fast the stomach empties. Receptors in the hypothalamus pick it up too, which is where its effect on appetite comes from.

What the research says about Cagri GLP1-S blend
Enebo and colleagues reported in The Lancet (2021) that cagrilintide with semaglutide gave more weight loss than either alone.
Phase 3 REDEFINE trials followed.
The STEP 1 trial (New England Journal of Medicine, 2021) reported average weight loss of about 15% over 68 weeks.
The SELECT trial reported fewer major cardiovascular events.

How to reconstitute Cagri GLP1-S blend
The amount of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
Storing Cagri GLP1-S blend
The dry powder keeps best cold. A freezer at -20°C is ideal for long-term storage, and a fridge works for a few weeks. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
Vials are small and easy to knock over or misplace. Our 6 vial and 10 vial containers keep a whole study’s worth together.
Lab-tested Cagri GLP1-S blend
Every batch of Cagri GLP1-S blend is made in the USA and checked by an independent U.S. lab for three things: that it’s the right compound, that the amount matches the label and that purity is 99% or better by HPLC.
The certificate of analysis for the batch in stock is posted in the product gallery above. Click through the images and you’ll see the lab report with its date and numbers.
Purity isn’t the whole story, so batches are screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility too. Write the batch number from the label into your notes so you can match results to the paperwork later.
How many Cagri GLP1-S blend vials do you need?
Start from the protocol. Total the amount every arm needs from the first time point to the last, divide by the 10mg in a vial and add a spare. It’s cheaper to order once than to wait on a second shipment halfway through.
Mix one vial at a time and keep the rest sealed in the freezer. Dry powder keeps far longer than solution, so there’s no reason to reconstitute everything at the start.
If you order more than one vial, check that the batch numbers match before you start. Running a whole study on one batch removes one variable.
