Description

GLP3-R Cagri blend puts 12.5mg GLP3-R and 2.5mg Cagrilintide into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s made in the USA and sold for laboratory research only.

What the GLP3-R Cagri blend contains

Retatrutide (LY3437943, often sold as GLP-3R) is a single peptide from Eli Lilly that acts on three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon.

Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog from Novo Nordisk, given weekly. Amylin is a hormone released with insulin that slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite.

This blend puts the triple agonist next to an amylin analog. Amylin and the incretins reach appetite through different receptors, so labs combine them to see whether the effects add up, the same logic behind CagriSema.

The ratio is fixed at 12.5mg/2.5mg. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.

How the GLP3-R Cagri blend works

Retatrutide hits three receptors with one peptide: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. The first two are incretins that boost glucose-dependent insulin release and, in GLP-1’s case, curb appetite and slow stomach emptying.

Amylin is released by the pancreas together with insulin. It slows stomach emptying, damps glucagon after meals and signals fullness through the brainstem.

Published GLP3-R Cagri blend studies

Jastreboff and colleagues reported in the New England Journal of Medicine (2023) a mean weight loss of up to 24% at 48 weeks in a phase 2 trial.

Phase 3 trials are under way.

Enebo and colleagues reported in The Lancet (2021) that cagrilintide with semaglutide gave more weight loss than either alone.

Phase 3 REDEFINE trials followed.

How to reconstitute GLP3-R Cagri blend

The amount of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 15mg:

  • 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 15mg/mL
  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 7.5mg/mL
  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL

Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.

Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water; we sell it in 10mL and 30mL vials. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature, add the water slowly along the glass wall and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake it.

Storing GLP3-R Cagri blend

Store sealed vials of GLP3-R Cagri blend in the freezer (-20°C) or the fridge (2 to 8°C), out of direct light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.

If you keep several vials going at once, our 10 vial container keeps them upright and together on a fridge shelf, and spare 3mL vial caps protect the stoppers once the seals are off.

Lab-tested GLP3-R Cagri blend

GLP3-R Cagri blend is made in the USA, and every batch goes to an independent U.S. laboratory before it’s sold. The lab confirms identity, measures the content and checks purity by HPLC. Our standard is 99% or higher.

The certificate of analysis for the batch in stock is posted in the product gallery above. Click through the images and you’ll see the lab report with its date and numbers.

On top of purity, each batch is screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. For cell culture work that screen is often the more important number.

How many GLP3-R Cagri blend vials do you need?

Work out the total amount before you order. Add up what each arm of the study uses across every time point, then divide by 15mg. Round up by one vial so a spoiled sample or a repeat run doesn’t stall the project.

Mix one vial at a time and keep the rest sealed in the freezer. Dry powder keeps far longer than solution, so there’s no reason to reconstitute everything at the start.

If you order more than one vial, check that the batch numbers match before you start. Running a whole study on one batch removes one variable.
