Description
CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg is a 10mg vial of CJC-1295 No DAC, a GHRH analog, made in the USA and supplied as freeze-dried powder. It’s intended for lab research only.
CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) at a glance
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
It doesn’t have the drug affinity complex that lets CJC-1295 DAC bind albumin.
How CJC-1295 No DAC works
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
Natural GHRH(1-29) lasts a few minutes before enzymes cut it. The four swaps in CJC-1295 without DAC block those cuts, so it lasts around half an hour. That keeps GH release pulse-like, which is why it’s often paired with a ghrelin-receptor peptide like ipamorelin.

CJC-1295 No DAC compared with similar compounds
CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg is easier to place once you see it next to the compounds it’s usually compared with. CJC-1295 No DAC is a stabilized GHRH(1-29) with a half-life of about 30 minutes, giving short, natural-looking pulses. The others:
- CJC-1295 DAC binds albumin and lasts about a week, giving a raised GH baseline instead of short pulses
- Sermorelin is the unmodified first 29 amino acids of GHRH, broken down within minutes
- Tesamorelin is full-length GHRH with a fatty acid cap, the only GHRH analog currently approved as a drug in the US
These are all GHRH analogs, acting on the same receptor. The real difference is how long each one lasts, which decides whether you get short pulses or a raised baseline. See them all on our growth hormone peptides page.
CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg reconstitution and concentration
Here’s the math for 10mg of powder:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.
Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg storage and shelf life
Store sealed vials of CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg in the freezer (-20°C) or the fridge (2 to 8°C), out of direct light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.
A 6 vial container keeps open and sealed vials upright and apart, which makes the fridge a lot easier to manage. For a bigger collection, the Big Everything Box holds vials and supplies in one latching case.
Lab-tested CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg
Every batch of CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg is made in the USA and checked by an independent U.S. lab for three things: that it’s the right compound, that the amount matches the label and that purity is 99% or better by HPLC.
Scroll through the photos at the top of the page and you’ll find the current batch’s certificate of analysis. We post the actual report, so you can check the figures yourself.
Purity isn’t the whole story, so batches are screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility too. Write the batch number from the label into your notes so you can match results to the paperwork later.
