Description

The CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg from Certified Peptides holds 5mg CJC-1295 No DAC and 5mg Ipamorelin, freeze-dried together in one vial. It’s made in the USA and sold for laboratory research only.

What’s in the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg?

CJC-1295 No DAC: CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.

CJC-1295 No DAC with ipamorelin is the most common pairing in GH secretagogue research. Ipamorelin is the most selective ghrelin-receptor peptide, so the GH pulse comes with little change in cortisol or prolactin.

The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.

Mechanisms behind the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg

GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

CJC-1295 No DAC Ipamorelin blend research

The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.

Most published human data are on the DAC version.

Raun and colleagues reported in 1998 that ipamorelin released GH in pigs and rats without raising ACTH or cortisol.

A phase 2 trial in bowel surgery patients didn’t meet its main endpoint.

How CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg is tested

Every batch of CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg is made in the USA and checked by an independent U.S. lab for three things: that it’s the right compound, that the amount matches the label and that purity is 99% or better by HPLC.

Scroll through the photos at the top of the page and you’ll find the current batch’s certificate of analysis. We post the actual report, so you can check the figures yourself.

Batches are also screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. Those contaminant checks matter as much as purity for cell work, where a small amount of endotoxin can skew results.

How to reconstitute CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg

Concentration is the amount in the vial divided by the volume of water you add. With 10mg of powder in this vial:

  • 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL

Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.

Use sterile bacteriostatic water, like our 10mL bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll the vial gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.

Storing CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg

Store sealed vials of CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg in the freezer (-20°C) or the fridge (2 to 8°C), out of direct light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.

If you keep several vials going at once, our 10 vial container keeps them upright and together on a fridge shelf, and spare 3mL vial caps protect the stoppers once the seals are off.

Other CJC-1295 No DAC Ipamorelin blend strengths

CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend 5mg/5mg is the smallest size. It’s the one to start with for a pilot run or when you’re testing a new protocol.
