Description

BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules give you 60 pre-measured capsules, each with 500mcg BPC-157, 500mcg TB-500, 500mcg KPV and 500mcg Larazotide, so there’s no powder to reconstitute and nothing to weigh.

BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules contents

  • BPC-157: 500mcg per capsule, 30mg per bottle
  • TB-500: 500mcg per capsule, 30mg per bottle
  • KPV: 500mcg per capsule, 30mg per bottle
  • Larazotide: 500mcg per capsule, 30mg per bottle

Every capsule carries the same amount, so the per-bottle totals above are simple multiplication: 60 capsules times the amount in each.

What is BPC-157?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

About TB-500 (thymosin beta-4)

TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.

Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

KPV in brief

KPV is the tripeptide lysine-proline-valine, the C-terminal end of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone. It keeps alpha-MSH’s anti-inflammatory activity without the pigment effects.

Alpha-MSH calms inflammation through melanocortin receptors. KPV is its last three amino acids and keeps much of that anti-inflammatory activity.

About Larazotide

Larazotide is an eight-amino-acid peptide, Gly-Gly-Val-Leu-Val-Gln-Pro-Gly, derived from a protein made by the cholera bacterium. It was developed to keep the tight junctions between gut lining cells closed.

Gliadin and some bacteria trigger release of zonulin, a protein that loosens tight junctions between intestinal cells. Larazotide is thought to block that step and help the junction proteins return to their place.

Why a capsule format?

BPC-157 is a slightly unusual case among peptides: it was first isolated from gastric juice and is reported to stay stable in it, which is why oral BPC-157 shows up in rodent gut studies.

Keep in mind that digestion breaks down many peptides, so a capsule study measures something different from a study using a reconstituted vial. Treat the two formats as separate variables.

Research behind BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

Dalmasso and colleagues reported in Gastroenterology (2008) that KPV reduced inflammation in mouse colitis models and was taken up through PepT1.

Phase 2 trials in people with celiac disease on a gluten-free diet, including one published in Gastroenterology in 2015, reported fewer symptoms at the lowest dose tested than with placebo.

How many bottles of BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules?

Work out the total before you order. Count the arms in your study, the number of time points in each and the capsules each time point uses, then divide by 60. Rounding up by one bottle covers a repeat run or a spoiled sample.

Try to run a whole study from one batch. Write the batch number from the label in your notes so results can be traced back to the paperwork.

BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules purity and lab testing

Every batch of BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules are made in the USA and checked by an independent U.S. lab for three things: that it’s the right compound, that the amount matches the label and that purity is 99% or better by HPLC.

You don’t have to take our word for it. The certificate of analysis for the current batch is in the image gallery at the top of this page, next to the product photo, and it shows the test date and the results.

Batches are also screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. Those contaminant checks matter as much as purity for cell work, where a small amount of endotoxin can skew results.

How to store BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules

Store BPC-157 KPV Larazotide capsules sealed, in a cool, dry place out of direct light. A fridge is fine if you keep the lid tight so no condensation gets in. Put the lid back on straight after you take capsules out.
