Description

BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend puts 5mg BPC-157, 5mg TB-500 and 10mg Cartalax into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of three times. It’s made in the USA and sold for laboratory research only.

What the BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend contains

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.

Cartalax is the tripeptide Ala-Glu-Asp, one of the short peptides linked in Khavinson’s program to cartilage and connective tissue. Its CAS number is 205640-90-0.

This blend adds Cartalax, a short Khavinson bioregulator linked to cartilage, to the two classic repair peptides. It’s aimed at joint and connective tissue models.

The 20mg is 5mg BPC-157, 5mg TB-500 and 10mg Cartalax. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.

Mechanisms behind the BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

Khavinson’s group proposes that short peptides like this one enter the cell nucleus and bind specific DNA sequences, changing how tightly the chromatin is packed in cartilage and connective tissue cells. Looser chromatin lets nearby genes switch on.

Published BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend studies

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

Published work on it comes almost entirely from Khavinson’s group and other Russian labs, mostly cell culture studies of gene expression in cartilage and fibroblast cells, plus some rodent work.

Lab-tested BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend

BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend is made in the USA, and every batch goes to an independent U.S. laboratory before it’s sold. The lab confirms identity, measures the content and checks purity by HPLC. Our standard is 99% or higher.

The certificate of analysis for the batch in stock is posted in the product gallery above. Click through the images and you’ll see the lab report with its date and numbers.

Purity isn’t the whole story, so batches are screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility too. Write the batch number from the label into your notes so you can match results to the paperwork later.

How to reconstitute BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend

Here’s the math for 20mg of powder:

  • 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/mL
  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 6.67mg/mL

Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.

Use sterile bacteriostatic water, like our 10mL bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll the vial gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.

Storing BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend

Store sealed vials of BPC-157 TB-500 Cartalax blend in the freezer (-20°C) or the fridge (2 to 8°C), out of direct light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.

If you keep several vials going at once, our 10 vial container keeps them upright and together on a fridge shelf, and spare 3mL vial caps protect the stoppers once the seals are off.
