Description
Each of the 60 capsules in SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules contains 250mcg SLU-PP-332 and 50mcg BAM-15. Certified Peptides makes it in the USA for lab research use.
SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules contents
- SLU-PP-332: 250mcg per capsule, 15mg per bottle
- BAM-15: 50mcg per capsule, 3mg per bottle
Every capsule carries the same amount, so the per-bottle totals above are simple multiplication: 60 capsules times the amount in each.
What is SLU-PP-332?
SLU-PP-332 is an agonist of the estrogen-related receptors, mostly ERR-alpha, developed at Saint Louis University. ERRs control genes for mitochondria and fat burning in muscle.
It’s sometimes called an exercise mimetic.
ERR-alpha, ERR-beta and ERR-gamma are nuclear receptors that switch on genes for mitochondrial growth and fatty acid burning. Exercise turns that program on in muscle.
About BAM-15
BAM-15 is a small molecule that makes the inner mitochondrial membrane leak protons. That uncouples fuel burning from ATP production, so cells burn more fuel to make the same energy.
It was described in 2014 as a cleaner uncoupler than the old compounds like DNP and FCCP, because it doesn’t depolarize the outer cell membrane. It isn’t approved for any use.
Normally, protons pumped out of the mitochondrial matrix flow back through ATP synthase, which uses that flow to make ATP. BAM-15 carries protons back across the membrane directly, bypassing ATP synthase.
Oral research with SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule. Most published mouse work injected it, so oral delivery is a newer research question.
Capsules suit studies built around oral delivery. If your protocol was written for injected material, compare like with like, because absorption by mouth can be very different.

Research behind SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules
Billon and colleagues reported in 2023 that it raised endurance and fat oxidation in mice.
Later mouse work looked at obesity and heart function. Data are preclinical.
Kenwood and colleagues introduced BAM-15 in Molecular Metabolism in 2014, showing it raised oxygen use in cells over a wide concentration range without the cell toxicity seen with FCCP.
In 2020, Axelrod and colleagues reported in Nature Communications that mice fed BAM-15 resisted diet-induced weight gain and had better insulin sensitivity, without eating less.

How many bottles of SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules?
Work out the total before you order. Count the arms in your study, the number of time points in each and the capsules each time point uses, then divide by 60. Rounding up by one bottle covers a repeat run or a spoiled sample.
Keep capsules from the same batch within one study if you can. The batch number is on the label, and matching it across arms removes one variable from your results.
SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules purity and lab testing
SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules are made in the USA, and every batch goes to an independent U.S. laboratory before it’s sold. The lab confirms identity, measures the content and checks purity by HPLC. Our standard is 99% or higher.
The certificate of analysis for the batch in stock is posted in the product gallery above. Click through the images and you’ll see the lab report with its date and numbers.
Purity isn’t the whole story, so batches are screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility too. Write the batch number from the label into your notes so you can match results to the paperwork later.
How to store SLU-PP-332 BAM-15 capsules
Keep the bottle closed tight at room temperature or in the fridge, away from heat, light and moisture. Leave any desiccant packet inside. Capsules don’t need reconstituting, so there’s no mixed solution to use up.
