Description
Adamax 10mg is a 10mg vial of Adamax, an adamantane-modified Semax analog, made in the USA and supplied as freeze-dried powder. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
What is Adamax?
Adamax is a modified form of Semax with an adamantane group attached. Adamantane is a rigid, cage-shaped carbon structure, and adding it is meant to make the peptide last longer and pass membranes more easily.
It’s a new compound with very little published data of its own.
How Adamax works
The working part is Semax, a fragment of ACTH (positions 4 to 7) with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail added for stability. In rodent work Semax raises BDNF and its receptor TrkB in the hippocampus and changes the expression of genes tied to nerve growth.
The adamantane cage is the same chemical group found in amantadine and memantine. Adding it makes the molecule more fat-soluble, which in theory helps it cross membranes and resist the enzymes that break short peptides down.

Adamax research
There are no peer-reviewed studies on Adamax itself. The reference literature is the Semax work from the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Moscow, which reports raised BDNF in rat brain tissue.
Treat it as a poorly characterised research compound and plan controls with that in mind.

How to reconstitute Adamax 10mg
The amount of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later. The vial itself holds 3mL, so that’s the upper limit.
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water; we sell it in 10mL and 30mL vials. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature, add the water slowly along the glass wall and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake it.
How to store Adamax 10mg
The dry powder keeps best cold. A freezer at -20°C is ideal for long-term storage, and a fridge works for a few weeks. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
Vials are small and easy to knock over or misplace. Our 6 vial and 10 vial containers keep a whole study’s worth together.
Lab-tested Adamax 10mg
Adamax 10mg is made in the USA, and every batch goes to an independent U.S. laboratory before it’s sold. The lab confirms identity, measures the content and checks purity by HPLC. Our standard is 99% or higher.
You don’t have to take our word for it. The certificate of analysis for the current batch is in the image gallery at the top of this page, next to the product photo, and it shows the test date and the results.
Batches are also screened for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. Those contaminant checks matter as much as purity for cell work, where a small amount of endotoxin can skew results.
Ordering Adamax 10mg for a full study
Start from the protocol. Total the amount every arm needs from the first time point to the last, divide by the 10mg in a vial and add a spare. It’s cheaper to order once than to wait on a second shipment halfway through.
Mix one vial at a time and keep the rest sealed in the freezer. Dry powder keeps far longer than solution, so there’s no reason to reconstitute everything at the start.
If you order more than one vial, check that the batch numbers match before you start. Running a whole study on one batch removes one variable.
